Two ingredient quinoa tortilla
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup Quinoa - uncooked
- 1 cup Water - room temperature

5 mins (excluding soak time)
Why?
Easy snack, nothing ultra processed, say no more
How?
- Soak the quinoa in a bowl for at least 3 hours
- Place the quinoa into a sieve and rinse under cold water to remove any dirt or impurities.
- Add to blender with water and blend until smooth batter
- Let sit for 10mins or so to thicken a little
- Pour 1/4 cup or so into hot pan with a little oil just like a crepe
- Cook for about 2 mins on each side until firm enough to flip
Serve with a filling of your choice and enjoy
