Two ingredient chocolate cake
Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 250g dark chocolate

Why?
Its two ingredients, could not get any simpler and will amaze anyone who asks whats in it.
How?
- Peel and cut apples into chunks.
- Boil apple chunks in water for 15mins (or until very soft)
- Melt chocolate
- Drain apples and place in blender
- Pour melted chocolate into blender over apples and blend.
- Pour into a cake tin and place in fridge

Serve with
- Sprinkle icing sugar or cocoa powder over before serving
- Add raspberries as decoration around edge if you like
