Super quick and easy hummus
Ingredients
- 1 tin chickpeas
- 2 tbsp reserved chickpea water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Why?
So much cheaper than store bought hummus
How?
- Drain tin chickpeas, reserve the water
- Add garlic clove, 1/2 tsp cumin, tsp ground coriander, tbsp lemon juice, tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp reserved chickpea water
- Blitz in food processor until smooth. Add more liquid if needed to get consistency you like
- Remove and serve with chips, carrots or bread.
- Sprinkle over paprika for taste
- Eat well!
