Shawarma mushroom toast
Ingredients
- 300g mushrooms (any type, chestnut works well), sliced
- 1 Tsp cumin, paprika, coriander
- 1/2 Tsp chili
- 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
- tsp olive oil

Why?
Quick, easy, healthy and delicious
How?
- Mix everything in bowl and then add to a hot dry pan
- Place the base of another pan or something heat proof and heavy, on top of the mushrooms
- Stir occasionally, until mushrooms are lightly charred and 'meaty'
Serve on a slice or two of bread with options of your choice
