- Can chickpeas
- tbsp smoked paprika
- salt
- Olive oil (extra virgin)

How?
- Drain tin chickpeas
- Line baking tray with parchment paper
- Pat dry
- Place in tray
- Pour over extra virgin olive oil
- Add salt and smoked paprika
- Shake to ensure all covered
- Roast at 180C / 350F 30mins or until golden and crispy
- Eat well!
Additional options
Try with the spices you like most. Also, remember, you can keep the chickpea water and use it for mousse or merengue!
