Quick easy bean burritos
Ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped or grated
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (220g) kidney beans or black beans
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tsp each cumin, paprika, oregano, chili
- salt to taste

Why?
Almost easier than going to a cafe and buying one
How?
- Fry garlic onion and carrot for a few mins
- Add the kidney beans , tomato paste and spices.
- Slightly mash it.
Take 2 tortillas and add guacamole (or simply avocado), lettuce, tomatoes.
Fill your burrito, roll it and eat or toast it and then eat.

- Cooked rice (make sure not more than a day old)
- Vary the spices as you prefer

- Dip in salsa
