Harissa roasted butter beans
Ingredients
- 1 can butter beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- Add any other spice you like

Why?
Great snack or added to salads and side dishes
How?
- Drain, rinse and pat dry the butter beans
- Add to a bowl and smother in oil and the harissa and any other spice you like
- Place in a roasting tray and roast at 180 for about 30mins or until crispy, or better use an airfryer.
