Guacamole
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- juice of 1 lime
- chopped green onions
- handful fresh chopped coriander
- pinch salt and pepper
- pinch smoked paprika

Why?
Great as a dip, on toast or added to a burger
How?
- Slice avocados, remove the stone and spoon the inside out into a large bowl.
- Add the juice from the lime, the chopped tops from the green onions and the handful of chopped coriander
- Add the salt and pepper and paprika
- Mash it all with a fork into your desired consistency
Serve, enjoy and eat well

Lots of options when it comes to guacamole, the above is not the traditional version, as this should include tomatoes.
