Easy vegan tofu scramble
Ingredients
- Pack silken tofu
- Tsp Olive oil
- Turmeric
- Salt / Pepper

Why?
So easy its difficult to believe
How?
- Remove tofu from pack and drain water
- Pat dry with paper towel, but no need to press
- Hit a little oil in a pan, add the tofu and Turmeric, gently mash with a fork until you get the texture you prefer
- Heat through and serve when ready.
Serve with
- Great on toast
- Add spices as you prefer but Turmeric should definitely be used
- Can be added to bowl with lots of other veggies, edamame, avocado and so on
