Citrus and turmeric tea - perfect in a stanley cup
Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime
 - 2 slices ginger root
 - 2 slices turmeric root

Why?
All round goodness and can be drunk while fasting
How?
- Juice the lemon and lime
 - Slice the ginger and turmeric
 - Add all to your Stanley cup
 - Top with boiling water
 
Adjust amounts to suit your taste, more or less citrus depending what you prefer
Add to the vacuum cup of your choice, I love mine in a Stanley cup

Additional options
- Tsp chia seeds
 - Sprig mint
 - Juice of orange
 - Pinch of black pepper (great with turmeric)
 - Cinnamon stick
 - Dash of Agave
